God wishes you to be BLESSED! We can bless God in return by pleasing Him with prayers. The children want to pray for each other, for our Principal and Teachers, for all children including children who are poor or orphans. In our prayers, let us remember to be GRATEFUL and to GIVE THANKS to God in multiple little prayers of "thank you Lord for...___________".
I heard our 2nd graders pray thank you Lord for family, friends, teachers, the Holy Trinity, Mother Mary, and Jesus... We are off to a good start... Be blessed every day!

The 2nd Grade students are focusing on 3 terms as they relate to their choices: Temptation, Sin, and Grace. They are learning that temptation is only a thought that can be denied access; sin is a choice to do what is wrong, an action from a thought; and grace is the choice to do what pleases God. They will review the Ten Commandments and gaze upon Jesus Who not only followed the commandments, but encourages us all to do the same.
This life of grace is the best-version-of-ourselves!
